ReWear — Acceptable Use Policy

ReWear is a creative fashion tool. You photograph your own clothing and receive AI-generated upcycling and redesign ideas as images. This policy explains what you may and may not do with ReWear. By using ReWear you agree to these rules. We may suspend or remove any account that breaks them.

1. What ReWear is for

ReWear is intended only for generating clothing-upcycling and garment-redesign concepts from photographs of clothing. Please upload photos of clothing items — ideally your own — and use the results for personal, creative, and sustainability purposes.

2. Content that is strictly prohibited

You may not use ReWear to create, request, upload, or share any of the following:

• Sexual or NSFW content — nudity, sexually suggestive, or pornographic imagery of any kind.
• Content involving minors in any unsafe, sexualized, or exploitative way.
• Face-swaps, deepfakes, or impersonation — using someone's likeness to deceive, or generating images that misrepresent a real person.
• Photos of other people without their consent.
• Hateful, harassing, violent, or discriminatory content, or content that promotes harm.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
• Misleading claims — presenting an AI-generated image as a real, unedited photograph.

3. No "uncensored" or harmful framing

ReWear may not be marketed, described, or used as an "uncensored," "NSFW," or content-filter-bypassing service. Attempts to circumvent our safety filters are a violation of this policy.

4. AI-generated results

Images produced by ReWear are created by an artificial-intelligence model. Results are creative interpretations, will vary between generations, and are not photographs of real garments. Uploaded photos are processed only to create your results and are not stored by ReWear after processing.

5. Content moderation

Uploads and generated images are subject to automated safety moderation. Content that appears to violate this policy may be blocked automatically, and repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension.

If you see content or activity that breaks this policy, please contact hello.rewearapp@gmail.com. We review reports and take appropriate action.
